They provided less stress with helpful advice
Mike was timely in answering all questions and provided suggestions on the best options available for me. I appreciated his taking time to educate me before proceeding forward with the loan.
The mortgage Reps were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They also delivered on everything they said up front!

I got great info without feeling pushed or pressured. A simple email started my process, which helped me get past the barrage of phone calls from other lenders. Michael easy to talk to, honest, and personable.

The process was quick as expected. However, we were not satisfied with the rate as the rate was 2 points higher than what was given by other lenders. We tried to get this rate lowered with but to no avail.
