It took too, long to process, alot of mis communications between departments. Amount borrowed to amount recieved was disheartening, especially when i was told all my bill but one would be paid off in the entirety and it wasnt. 40000.00 difference...

I especially appreciated Michael Krach. He responded quickly to my questions and concerns. The process took a little longer than I had anticipated, but overall it was a good experience.
