The communication with the client was awesome. The loan actually closed on time which is always a good thing.
Michael even keep me inform of what what happening.
Overall, great experience.
It would be ideal to receive updates on where rates are at least once a week during the lending process. This helps in figuring out when to lock rates.

He was always available and responded to my text, calls and emails on the same day which was key to our transaction.
