Professional, explained everything in detail, had to explain a couple of times because I had never done a reverse mortage before. After that I was ready and followed through with my part. It was an easy transition.

The good AND sometimes bad thing about HECM loans is that they're insured by the FHA. FHA makes the rules that must be adhered to and as a lender we simply have to follow those rules. I do not and never will agree with a second appraisal ever...
