Too many people in different cities not communicating to each other. Took way to long to close and lots of excuses.
Personal service, responsiveness, regular updates

A lot of patience. This was a tough experience, not an easy one. Lots of details did not fly smoothly. But Michael Joy had the patience to help move it forward and helped resolve each problem along the bumpy road.
