The experience would have been better if:
-Closing was on-time.
-Better communication between Fairway’s team and the title company/realtor on the day of closing.
Mike was responsive and helpful along our home buying journey. He was also a helpful contact for us later in the process when we had a poor experience with the Fairway underwriting and closing process.
