The application process was streamlined and directions were clear. There was consistent communication that made it easy to understand next steps.
Michael is incredibly knowledgeable and always made sure we were moving forward.
We got our loan with a better, most of it was done electronically, so we did not travel anywhere. Once it was time to sign with a notary, they came to us. He was very patient with unforeseen events that took place.
Michael was very friendly and open and honest about any questions or concerns we had being we were first time homebuyers. And also have us financial advice while guiding us thru the whole process. Real stand up guy.
