Everything at closing went smooth.
Difficult file. There was a merger in the middle of my clients process that created a cluster. The file was given to Michael to complete. I did not have direct communication, however we still managed to close only a couple days late.
Have an upfront list of everything needed so that the buyer can help facilitate gathering the information faster

We worked specifically with Narda, as her company merged with Synergy 1. She was incredible to work with. Communicative, honest, and honestly worked her booty off to secure our loan. We will specifically recommend people to her.
Although we closed on time, we did not have much communication directly from Michael Cooper. We received awesome communication from Narda at Mann Mortgage, who referred us to Michael. All in all, it ended up well and we are happy.
