    Michael did not communicate a ton, which was great because he just did the job and completed the task in the allotted amount of time. I very much appreciate the no news is good news approach when everything happens how it's supposed to.

    Michael was available at anytime during a very complexed process. He was responsive to last minute issues with a “we can…” to solve the issue which helped lower the stress level.
