    He called up my mother in law and was able to sooth her and reassure her that this company was not a scam and things will be okay. It was very hard for me to convince my kother in law everything will be alright but she demanded to hear everything...

    This transaction was delayed multiple times and I don't think a local lender would have had the same issues.
