Great communication and making this such an easy process
Staff is patient and easy to work with; the ability to upload sensitive documents electronically and securely is important and the process to do so is user friendly with little or no technical glitches.

I didn't feel that there was adequate communication from the overall team in regards to deadlines etc. Sometimes information would be requested that was needed within hours of the request due to lack of communication.
