The communication with the team was top notch. I also enjoyed the portal to see where I was at during the process. I also appreciated Michael's creativity in allocating our funds to get us to an appropriate DTI and interest rate.
The loan staff were great to work and made me feel like I mattered.
Communication
Having a loan processor in a different state who was not professional and lacked communication skills was difficult for me. More communication in person and less emails.
Finally closed after a week and half and I don't have to deal with it anymore.
Friendly, stayed in touch, easy to process on line instructions
