The process was long and drawn out. Redundant. We started this process in February and didn't close till May.
Everyone is aware of the issues on the transaction the Buyer had with you. I was dissapointed that for an inhouse loan program, the process was so rocky.
Michael was exceptional from start to finish. His knowledge and efficiency made all the difference. We couldn’t be happier with him!
