The team was able to put it together when it absolutely had to be. MSHDA loans are difficult loans for many reasons but this was the first successful loan for a modular home.😊

When a local green bank decided we needed ridiculous repairs three weeks to close, we switched to Dart. They not only agreed on the repairs, they also made our original close date. Best mortgage experience in our lives.
