I represented the seller so my contact was very limited. The offer to purchase was accepted on September 10. Buyer moved forward very quickly with inspections. I thought the loan was moving forward quite well until I learned on October 6 buyer...

Communication was okay, had to extend closing a few times no fault of the lender
