Dart was an amazing lender to buy my first two homes with! I looked at another institution but did not feel as cared for as I did with Dart. Very quick with communication, explanation of process, and helpful wherever they could be!

Michael and his assistant were on it!! They sought out additional resources that may be available to us, they answered every question we had almost immediately, sometimes after business hours, and then made sure we fully understood the answers...
