    It was easy to communicate and send information back and forth using text and email without having to visit the office in person, especially with the pandemic and places being closed.

    Melissa and the team were great with explaining things for my first home buying experience, the issues I had were with the underwriting. Seemed like every time I turned around they needed more and more documents. It was frustrating.
