Melissa was great, but other parts of Mann mortgage disorganized and unresponsive. Melissa had to intervene repeatedly to do other people's jobs.
Melissa is amazing! She answered every question that my wife and I had and even made mention of things we didn’t even know to ask. She kept us informed and in the loop every step of the way. Couldn’t ask for a better person to be our loan officer....
