Professional, pleasant, and responsive. VERY knowledgeable in her role, and would take the time to fully answer and explain any questions my wife and I had throughout the lending process.

This is the second time I have worked with Melisa. She is easy to work with and gets the job done fast! I was worried that with Covid-19 going on and high volume that it might impact service but she was incredibly accomodating and put my concerns...

Melisa was very helpful and made sure to explain everything, even things that were unrelated to our loan. She always took the time to answer our questions, and responded quickly to everything. She made sure to look into all possible options...

Melisa Jones was the best loan consultant we have ever had. Her communication skills were excellent, both on the phone and emails. She is very organized and personable. We got a great interest rate and the loan closed in 20 days with no problems....
