    Whenever I had a question for Melanie, she was quick to respond. She stayed on top of everything and my loan was approved very quickly. My loan package was put together a week or two before my actual closing date. Everything was seamless.

    Melanie was great, but your underwriters requested too many "additional" paperwork that are irrelevant to our credit history, past or present and would not make an impact on the loan. Clearly, there needs to be more oversight in what lenders...
