This was a quick turnaround from contract to closing day. Melanie and her team worked hard to make it snmooth and on time. Closed in 16 days.

Primarily the people. Melanie and Lisa were outstanding throughout the very quick process. There was a minimum of red tape, and the process overall was incredibly smooth. The best home buying experience I've ever heard of.
