You and your team were very patient with me as I took quite a long time to gather the info needed. U/W demands such as multiple verification of employment was quite annoying, but understandable.
Better communication. Better training of your staff on not just their part of the process, but the entire process as well to be better able to answer questions that arise regarding amounts, statements, etc.
Communication was excellent. Replies to questions and/concerns came quickly. The contract was clear and there were no surprises. I felt valued and my business appreciated. Highly recommend.
