Academy Mortgage was very attentive during our loan process. It could not of gone any smoother than what it did.
Meagan was great at troubleshooting challenges in completing the loan process. The Mortgage Academy app made it easy to follow along with the steps in completing the purchase of our home.
Overall I think it was good service. My one concern was that on a couple of occasions I asked some questions about different options and the questions were not addressed. That would have pushed it to great.
Meagan was very sweet and let me know what was going on step by step.
