Very smooth process each team member was amazing

We had a very happy with Matt. He was responsive and worked all the time to get us approved. The only area for concern is that some of his team members didn’t communicate well, but he always resolved the issue quickly.
Only one small complaint. I was emailed the final closing disclosure at 5:00 pm. The most important document and nobody bothered to call or text to tell me it was there.
Good experience overall. There is some confusion on my end about the rate lock procedure. I believe I could make a better decision on this if I have enough information upfront. I have got a thorough explanation on the closing disclosure.
My wife and I had a great experience through the whole process. I especially the videos on what to expect at each step of the process. Loved follow up emails and calls to make sure that we had everything we needed. When ever we had a question...

Gnc did a great job., but at the very last minute the under writer needed more. The issue should have been worked out ahead of time, not 5:00 night before closing.
