This was my first time applying for a mortgage. I had a very short window in which to close. Matt and his team got it done. They were extremely responsive throughout the whole process, keeping me informed every step of the way.
All I can say is think you for your time putting it together for me.
FBC worked with us when other lenders told us a mortgage on a second home wouldn't be possible. They worked down to the wire to do everything they could to get our loan approved and to close. They were honest with us and open with their communication....
