Communication was exemplary from start to finish.
Everything was explained in detail. All questions were answered fully and quickly. The loan process was quick and smooth.
He explained everything very clearly. I asked a lot of questions and called every day for a week to make sure everything was right for me. He always was nice and answered every question I had even if they were repetitive.
Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. They tried to make the process as seamless as possible. As with any financial endeavor, there were hiccups, but all-in-all it was a great experience.
