Communication was good & process was smooth for the most part. There was some delay in putting everything together for the final underwriting review which affected the closing date

Matt was very responsive and helpful during this process. The seller wanted to close early, and Matt and his team made it happen! We were able to close a whole week early, and everyone is happy to have this transaction finished by Thanksgiving....
