We were kept informed throughout the process and almost everything could be done online, which made it super easy! It took a little longer than we expected, but the rate was great and overall we were very happy.
As the process was going on our refi, a lower rate came in after we locked. They adjusted it to the lower. Was a nice touch.
Contact with each of the four members was quick and responsive
