In the begining I was very skeptical having never heard of this company. But Matthew was very nice and knowledgeable about the process. Kristin was very sweet and made us feel the she could answer any questions we would have.

Felt pressured/rushed in the beginning and like my questions were not legitimate. I felt that the consultant was annoyed with me in most interactions. Overall he got to the point and got the loan closed and did well with keeping us updated....
