While I believe the process went really well, I think there were several duplicate calls from Matthew and Steffany so I often felt confused as to who to communicate to. Otherwise, Matthew was kind and personable.

The process was quick and easy to understand. The only thing I think you can change is to have an electronic was to track the loan process, like a portal. Otherwise, everything went well.
