We had to go to closing twice, because of the hybrid process some documents were missed. Matthew communicated very well and we were happy with his service, but would have preferred to just sign all documents at closing

Matthew was great!
Having to sign two times at closing was a huge inconvenience when we are in the process of coordinating the move.
Not sure what caused the issue but something needs to be done to correct the process.
Matthew worked with our family and made communication smooth. We very much appreciated having him and his expertise on our side. Thanks again Matthew and Central Bank for helping make our first home a reality!
