This was a very smooth transaction and well executed. The updates were helpful during the process. I have mostly sellers at this time but will be having buyers in the future if and when the rates settle. Thank you for a great experience!

Matt was very pleasant and easy to work with. There did seem to be a glitch in the automated email updates, as I did not receive them consistently.
