Matt and his team were responsive to our questions, made our first home-buying process a lot smoother. We only had two mortgage quotes and Guild provided a slightly better rate. Overall a smooth experience.
Loan officer and his assistant were responsive to our questions. The only problem is the technology side, there were problems uploading documents and updating ont of my bank accounts through Guild mortgage provided website.
