Great experience working with Matt and his team. There were open lines of communication from start to finish. Everything went smoothly thanks to everyone’s efforts.
As soon as the buyer was preapproved, a rep from Guild reached out and kept the lines of communication open throughout the whole transaction. When there was a snag, I received a call, and we solved the problem together.
