Matt is a very patient loan officer. He took time,(often on his own time) to answer every question and covered it all "soup to nuts."

I thought the requirements asked of 2 people with FICO scores over 800, both employed and amount of documentation asked for was excessive to say the least.

I think y ou guys did well with what you could. Regal kind of made you and the title people look not as polished. I think idependently Guild is probably amazing but tied to Regal I can't say it was as great as most transactions.
