Good communicators
Matt and everyone else we dealt with were very communicative and made the process much easier. We always knew what we needed to do next.
Communication was quick and convenient with Matt. He made himself available on off hours to help give estimates for homes. Closing process was clearly laid out and help was always available along the way.

WE CLOSED ON TIME
I sprung this on my agent who then referred me to Matt and I sprung it on him, on a Saturday, no pre approval, with offers due Monday. I would not have won the bid for my house without everyone working so quickly!
