He was easy to work with.
Matt was helpful and responsive. The only thing that would have made the experience better was to limit the number of contact points. I think we eventually worked with 4 people which made the process confusing at times.
The first thing is you make sure if one will be able ro get approved for a needed amount of loan or not. You arebrhe friendly and hard working person and so do your co-workers. Never miss the estimated closing date.
Everyone was very patient and kind at explaining the loan process and amount breakdowns to us!
Matt Minder's team nailed it for us. Paperwork done early and correctly, excellent communication.
