We had a great experience working with Colten mortgage. Sometimes it wasnt clear what the next steps were going to be, but most of that is attributed to being first time home buyers. Strongly recommend

Loan officer is great. Loga loan processor was not. disorganized, slow, and would send me alerts hours later after i found about them myself via emails or other correspondence
