I would prefer better comunication. I had to struggle with getting the final closing numbers and then struggled with getting a cashiers check to close because it was too late for the wire to be accepted.

Great experience! Also the video that Matt created the walks step by step on how the 2/1 buydown works is fantastic - never seen this anywhere else and this is my fourth new home.

More communication or at least authentic emails. I asked for several number break downs breakdowns in things like bridge loans... never got them. I was told I was locked into 5.9 rate but never notified or asked if I accept. Matt said we accepted...
