I am older and don’t know how to upload bank statements. I was asked to do it 4 times. I had to get help to do that. It was a hassle. That was my only complaint. I would have chosen good but that wasn’t an option

Matt was great to work with. On several occasions, Maria did not explain what was needed and why. We completed the insurance policy as requested but did $9500 in renters' rent coverage. Then Maria stated we needed to have a minimum of $14100....
