We just bought our town home last month. Everything went great. We haven't purchased a home in about 15 years and everything was done online and they were very helpful. We loved our realtor and the financing was a breeze.
Each person I contacted responded back within 15 mins. Super friendly, and helpful with any question I had. Each agent that helped with the loan gave me one or more ways of contacting them which was very helpful.
Everyone I worked with at Academy Mortgage was professional and very responsive to my questions and requests. They got everything done in a timely manner and did a great job helping us buy our first home.
