They worded with me so I didn’t have to take out a construction loan before closing.
Very easy, great communication and got me the cheapest rate.
It would of been excellent service if the notary would of send the signed paperwork through FedEx that night, to meet the last day of the month closing date. Got pushed into the following new month a couple days.
Ellen asked for everything that she needed from me quickly and kept me informed often. I appreciated the wonderful customer service provided to me.
