Matt was very patient and explained the process to me clearly!
The process went smooth.
I understand that it was a busy time and lack of man power, but we had to reschedule a couple of times because we didn't get the emails in time.
This is the second time I've done a mortgage with Planet Lending, and both times have been great.
Matt helped us through the wntire process and ensured all questions were answered when they arose.
Filled out application and was told it was a 2-4 week process. After 4 weeks and several calls and a email things finally got moving. Was given 3 different monthly payments, each time they were a increase. Was given some excuse about the program...

Better communication as to the details of the loan especially in regards to proclamation which was given not to make a payment for the month the loan was going to close which resulted in a late payment and fee assement . I had never missed...

Loan processor was horrible at communicatin, her name was Kristal. Didnt call to explain the process, had to request a call because I got back to back emails demanding I sign the disclosure asap. Then because paperwork wasn't done on your end...
