I don't think it's Matt's fault but we received numerous requests for the same documents even after we submitted them. Signing also ended up being extremely last minute which did not make me feel particularly confident.
Matt was helpful and thorough - explaining what payments were designated for and being patient during the process.

Easy to work through all the paperwork and process, great job at explaining things to new homebuyer. Would like information about setting up payments after closing however, as I haven't received any information about that.
