He worked with me through all the uncertainty this year and I was satisfied with the final interest r*** I received. And he gave good guidance navigating the requirements from the lender

Matt was approachable and easy to engage when needed. It would have been nice to have more proactive communicatino regarding options and status. Although I felt confident in his abilities, I didn't feel very informed throughout the process....
