whole experience was great to me. It is starting to get a little annoying towards the closing, but we were waiting on city funds. But overall, the experience was great.

Matt goes above and beyond to make sure we get to the closing table. at 5pm the night before closing we were told we couldnt sign at 10am the next day, matt stayed late and made sure we were at the table at 10am
