The communication
I appreciate how easy it was to get pre-approved, however there was times were the communication wasn’t the best. I honestly think that overall you guys made it easy and work pretty fast to close the loan thank you very much for your assistance....

From start to finish always keeping in touch with keeping you up to date with your refinance , either by phone, email or text.
The communication was so-so. Some things that were emailed once had to be emailed again because they couldn’t be found. This happened a couple of times.
Your team made the loan process very easy for a first-time home buyer. We were provided all the information we needed to be confident in our loan.
