    As much as I bugged Matt I appreciate his patience and assistance. It was difficult doing business remote, all done over the phone and email, but in the end it all worked out and that's all I can ask for.

    I would like to say it wasn’t Matt, however he was not very responsive and the person he worked with, James Mckibbon, was devastating to the results of Matt. James is evasive, non-committal, a terrible communicator and leaves a lot to be desired...
