Communication was thorough.

I don't think we ever actually talked to Matt. It was all done through an assistant, Beth. We didn't know if we were good to go until the day of closing. The communication was not great. Lots of unanswered questions. We still don't know how...

It all worked out but working with wellsfargo was difficult. As everyone knows now. Rate is great though, and the team was 5 star

My husband primarily dealt with this but he had no issues so to me this was a great experience

If I would of known about some of the documents needing signed. Instead of having to ask if all was signed. Not sure why an appraiser was sent out after I bought the house? Didn’t get any final documents until I sat at closing table or atleast...
