I still have no answer as to why I had to spend an extra $150 for a rush fee. I only found out that I had to put 25% down 3 business days before the transaction. And the paperwork was so late to the title company that we had to go in 5 hours...

Not being told 3 hours after closing to "not take possession of the house" by the sellers attorney because NAF didn't release the funds due to 'improper paperwork' which was generated by NAF.

Did not communicate with Buyer agent or list agent. Made the transaction very stressful and had to have extend the closing.
